SSB Consulting ("we", "us") is a small business based in Wirral, Merseyside, UK. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. If you have any questions, email info@ssb-consulting.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiry form details you send us: name, business, contact details and message.
• Basic analytics: pages visited, referring site, anonymous session identifier and user-agent string.
• Marketing attribution parameters (utm_source etc.) if present in the URL when you enquire.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run the project.
• To understand which pages and channels bring enquiries so we can improve the site.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (running a small business and responding to people who contact us) and, where relevant, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up if it's useful. Analytics records are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host the website and store enquiries (currently Cloudflare and Supabase). We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
